Is It the Best?

Last month a friend from university and her cousin came to visit. We had a lovely time strolling the streets and raising whoopie. According to some in-flight magazine my friend read on a trip to France in 2004, the best hot chocolate in Paris is at Angelina on rue de Rivoli. At her urging, we wandered in to sample their wares. I'm not convinced it's the best (plus it was way out of my price range), but it was yummy - in an i'm-about-to-have-a-heart-attack sort of way. In fact the mere thought of the liquid chocolate gives me an intense sugar rush that's accompanied a strong desire to write grandiose run-on sentences.

I saw my very first metro masturbator today. Quite disturbing. I hope it falls off (which it won't, but wouldn't that be funny!).

Why My Students Love Me

You want to be a student in my classroom. I give away boxes of pop-tarts as prizes. I guess this means I bribe people to love me. Oh well. I'm ok with bribery.
